A visionary founder leading the way to your success

Next 11 Soccer was founded by Hayes Wood, a former collegiate player at Lipscomb University and the University of Virginia, who personally experienced the challenges of the recruiting process. Driven by a desire to make the recruiting process more transparent, fair, and accessible, Hayes created Next 11 Soccer to bridge the gap between talented high school athletes and college coaches. The platform empowers players to showcase their skills with integrity and gives coaches a reliable, honest source to discover the “next 11” stars who will shape the future of college soccer.
